我在无锡住过类似的这种，无锡很多。
新区里前面是个五星酒店，后面小区院子里盖楼5懂30多层居民楼，都带厨房，套房，小区里是花园，网球场，游乐园，健身房。1个电梯2户，天天爆满，电视能看你日本NSK，国外BBC，ABC，KBS等，住的人很多。
