The project is located in Hengqin Island, Zhuhai, featuring a 199-meter-high,46-storey super high-rise building. It is a Retail, Office and Hotel destination with a site area of 13, 000 square meters and a gross floor area of 85, 000 square meters (including a Retail area of 17, 000 square meters, an Office area of 28, 000 square meters and a Hotel area of 40, 000 square meters). Its plot ratio is 6.5.

突然想起以前的报道，说横琴海关综合服务区的楼宇都是有空中连廊相连的。。。。
