citic ruibo project is located in the core area of shanghai lujiazui financial district
phase 2,which used to be the shanghai shipyard.Tower 1 is a 250metres mix used
building including office, transaction, convertion and other auxiliary functions.
There is a bontique bank museum in the top floor of the buildingin
tower2 is 238 metres in height ,made up with office and other auxiliary functions
The design of the project will reconnect the downtown area with the riverside area,
It will be completed in 2017,

By the way, tower1 has been sold to ICBC, it will be the headquarters of ICBC in the future.

又或者双辉当初搞矮一点就好了，不过航交所及以东的角度看过去就不会被挡了，话说这个项目看起来也比较普通，外墙有意用竖向线条拉出模块感，但如果像莫斯科积木塔那样来点旋转是不是更好呢

现在船厂还没开发完,希望那里多建些星展之类的精致小楼,落差感对天际线的构成太重要了,东扩时再来一栋300+,从北外看小陆的天际线就完美了
